Custom Labels: We have a great deal of experience helping clients achieve a totally custom look. We can also provide file templates to create your own label and simply submit to us. Please contact us with any questions.

Setup Fees: We do not charge setup fees for our standard formats. Logo placement and color matching is included as well. Any changes to a logo or custom artwork will incur a $20.00 artwork fee.

Artwork Specs: Submit artwork and logos to us via email. Files should be a minimum 300dpi and in .pdf, .jpg, .eps or .tif formats.

Proofs: Digital proofs will be emailed upon request. Pre-production samples of custom product are available for a $20.00 charge plus shipping cost.

Ribbons and Colors: You may specify which ribbon color or format you would like as well as label colors or just leave it up to us. We promise it will look great!

Lead Times: Our typical lead time is 5 to 7 business days for production plus shipping time.

Shipping: We ship UPS ground from Cumming, GA 30040 for most shipments going to a single address. We also offer LTL service for shipments greater than 200 lbs. when it is more affordable for the customer. We do offer expedited shipping, but do not charge a rush fee.

Drop Shipping: We offer drop shipping services to individual addresses for a charge of $2.50 per address plus shipping fees. We offer this service via UPS or the USPS First Class Package Service Commercial Plus for items up to 16 ounces. Address must be submitted in an Excel file template that will be emailed to you upon request.

Order Changes or Cancellations: Orders are deemed in progress when label printing commences. Any change in label design, ribbon or product fill will result in charges to replace the affected items. Order cancellations once production has begun will incur a 5% surcharge.

Enclosures: We do offer an enclosure service of $1.00 per insertion for general enclosures. Individual enclosure matching will be charged an additional $1.50 each. We also print and insert custom enclosures as cards or exterior labels for an additional $2.50 per insertion.
